Default Is segway a bigger word than transition?

they both mean the same thing. And segway doesn't refer to the little scooter thingy that you ride. And i am not talking about letter wise. I think that segway is a vocab builder. Everyone knows transition...but does everyone know segway??? NO!

You're spelling it incorrectly.

The verb you want is "segue."

The scooter is the only thing spelled "Segway."

It's spelled "segue." It could be considered a "more refined" way to say transition. But really, both are perfectly educated-sounding (they just stem from different languages of origin, so it really comes down to which you would like to use).

I think you have spelt it wrong....Cause the only Segway I know of, like you said, is the scooter. Only thing that came up on google when I searched is the scooter.
