Nothing against keeping the environment good, but I cannot backpack or hike far for that matter. I have peripheral neuropothey problems with the nerves in my feet and legs, and someday hands too i expect. Back to 4wheelin. I was going to say it was unfair, but we all should know by age 64 "life is not fair". There are ways to open areas for a couple years for public use and after a given time close those for now and open another area. 4 wheelers could be responsible for maintaining the area and keeping it picked up. So every few years, the roads would changed and would not see traffic for say 10 15 years. Well with some folks it's nothing or nothing. No middle ground. I'll just keep going to Colorado until those get closed. By then I will probably pushing daises and not picking them.
