Out of fear that they won't be accepted by their pears. Whoever encourages this wussy attitude that teenagers have got should SEEK A LOBOTOMY. When I was 16, 17, 18, and 19 years old I was a fan of OZ on HBO. That was a classic show yet wasn't mainstream. Lots of non-teenagers loved it and still do (if you discount seasons 5 and 6). I didn't become a fan of it to find acceptance. I became a fan of it because it appealed to me and lots of other people. It was addicting and kept you guessing. If you need current shows that aren't too mainstream but provide quality entertainment, turn to DEXTER (Showtime) and MAD MEN (AMC). Acts like Taylor Swift, the Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber, CRAPvril Lavigne, Chingy, Lil Wayne, REALITY TV SHOWS THAT SUCK, any non-animated Disney show, music and TV shows on MTV, Twilight and Fred TALENTLESS Figglehorn--these are insults to the entertainment OZ and DEXTER provide. Please stop being insecure and pretending to like something because you are insecure and turn to quality entertainment like OZ and DEXTER, which, if you didn't know, teenagers can love, too. Most of the idiots I'm targeting are fans of Fred, Twilight, reality TV shows, SMS language, and celebrity gossip (in most cases all of them). Their taste in entertainment stinks worse than feces, Il Biscione. |

Well, I mean, I do lose arguments with them occasionally, but I eat them when they piss me off. Please stop being conceited and making generalizations about teenagers because you need validation, and realize that there are, in fact, many teenagers who appreciate quality acts, which, if you don't know, is something that's completely subjective. |
