These are the 30 biggest box-office films of all time (including multiple release). Ranking is done by estimated number of tickets sold (not $$$). The list is dominated by animation, fantasy fables , romances, historical dramas, action films, and one horror film and one musical. Although sone have comic scenes, none of them are outright comedies. What is the most successful non-animated comedy of all time (without googling the answer)? Keep in mind that only 2 of 30 films have come out since DVD's became ubiquitous.
