I share a PC with my family and they run a business, so they have most of their work files and stuff.
PCs usually get viruses so I was thinking of going on my own and switching over to a mac.

I want one with a lot of space because I want to install Adobe Photoshop and also use it for school and usually computers slow down if you have too much stuff on it. The Macbook Pro has some benefits like a SD card slot and a lit keyboard that is useful. If I am going to get the Pro I would get the 15' inch and it has 500GB and is $1699 and if I get the Macbook its just $999. The 13' Macbook has 250GB.

Im actually on the new $999 Macbook right now. It's pretty cool, but for business purposes, go with the Macbook Pro.

Make sure, though, you can use some of that 500GB for a Windows XP BootCamp. You might need that for your PC documents.

If your low on cash, it is still ok with the Macbook.
